Overview
We are happy to be supporting a well-known legal services provider in their search for a Company Secretarial Consultant. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality corporate administration services to a diverse portfolio of external clients, and will play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the Company Secretarial function, while also contributing to business development activity and strengthening client relationships.
The team provides a broad range of services including corporate administration, registered office support, entity management, minute taking, secondee and interim company secretary services, board governance, and company law advice.
The role & key responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of clients, with a strong focus on corporate administration and meeting management.
- Supporting the administration of AGMs, including drafting agendas, taking minutes, recording decisions, and managing meeting correspondence.
- Leading and coordinating project management for large-scale or complex assignments.
- Supporting business development activity, including client relationship management, bids, pitches, and pricing proposals.
- Undertaking billing activities in line with client arrangements and internal processes.
Experience & qualifications
- Chartered Company Secretary qualification or LPC/Diploma (or equivalent legal qualification).
- Proven experience delivering company secretarial services, either in-house or within a professional services environment.
- Experience acting as Company Secretary across a range of client types and organisational structures.
