Diligent Entity Management Project (company secretarial) – Interim 3mth role

Our client, a privately owned investment group, seeks a candidate with ​​​​​​​good experience of Diligent Entity Management software to join its team of 4 to fulfil a specific project, which is anticipated to take c3 months.

They will need someone who has the experience to work with limited assistance as the team are already at capacity (hence the need for extra resource), and they need someone who can come in and focus on getting this project completed. The remit;

• Assist with the implementation of the Diligent Entity Management system (in conjunction with Diligent who have confirmed they can assist with the set up).
• Uploading of documents to Diligent EM.
• A complete overhaul of the current electronic filing system for all entities within the Group (approx. 70 entities).
• A complete overhaul of the current electronic filing system for the Asset Management Group Committees.
• Creation of a CoSec Procedural Manual.
• Ensuring all Board and Committee Minutes are signed and on the drive and within Diligent EM.
• Ensuring other corporate documents (particularly for newly incorporated entities) are all on the drive and within Diligent EM).
• Adding in relevant documents to Diligent Boardbooks “resources section” now that we have onboarded Diligent Boardbooks.
• Other ad hoc related CoSec tasks.
