This leading accountancy, tax and business advisory firm who are based in Kent have an opening to hire a Corporate Governance Trainee on a full time, permanent basis.
The department is a busy part of the firm providing first class governance and company secretarial services to a large number of its corporate clients and LLPs. Working in in this dedicated team, you will help provide a broad range of Compliance duties including but not limited to:
- Maintaining statutory records.
- Preparation and submission to Companies House of Confirmation Statements and other forms.
- Arranging formation of companies and LLPs
- Preparation of minutes.
- Undertaking Companies House and other searches.
This is an opening for a Trainee, someone who is seeking their first company secretarial role and who is keen to embark on the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (if not already started). A full study support package will be provided, alongside a good starting salary and benefits package. You’ll also benefit for 6 monthly reviews whilst training which could also see you accelerate your salary level.

The standard hours for this position are 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Some home working will be possible but its important to note that due to this being an entry level trainee role, will be considered an onsite, largely office based role. The office is located in Canterbury, Kent, so you’ll also need to live within a reasonable commuting distance in order to be able to travel to the office a daily basis.
