Corporate Governance Manager – Adding strategic value

This position is really a “must apply” for so many reasons. The hiring manager is someone I have worked over the last ten years with and I completely trust them. The role is not just about providing excellent end to end Board support, it is much more than that.
Are you able to interrogate what you do and think of improving it? Do you liaise with your Chair or CEO and examine what they need from the meeting? How do you approach succession planning or Board evaluations?
