The Core Partnership is delighted to be exclusively partnering an international, highly regarded and fast-growing organisation with a complex global footprint, in their search for a Deputy Company Secretary.
This newly created role offers exposure to a diverse, multi-jurisdictional entity portfolio. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering the Global Company Secretariat’s strategic objectives, while managing day-to-day operations and partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.
This is an opportunity for a commercially minded and adaptable professional to operate in a dynamic, international environment, balancing strategic input with hands-on delivery.
Please note, candidates can be based from the client’s Amsterdam office or London office. If London, monthly travel to the Amsterdam office will be required.
The role & key responsibilities
- Oversee company secretarial matters for a substantial portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions – including:

- drafting, reviewing and coordinating the timely execution of corporate documentation ensuring full compliance with legal and statutory obligations in each relevant jurisdiction
- managing the full entity lifecycle through to dissolution, including structural changes, capital transactions and cross-border reorganisations
- Draft, review and coordinate corporate documentation, maintaining accurate statutory registers and corporate records.
- Coordinate Board and shareholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, papers and minutes.
- Oversee document management systems and processes, ensuring audit-ready records and efficient administration.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing pragmatic governance advice and managing day-to-day queries.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Company Secretariat team
Experience & qualifications
- Chartered Company Secretary and/or qualified lawyer or equivalent.
- Significant experience in company secretarial, legal or corporate governance roles within a multinational or professional services environment.
- Proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-jurisdictional entity structures.
- Familiarity with company secretarial systems and tools (e.g. Diligent or GEMS) is advantageous.
