Overview
The Core Partnership are pleased to be supporting a FTSE-supported professional services organisation to recruit a Head of UK Entity Management. This is a key leadership role within an expanding Corporate Secretarial Services function, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a well-established team, provide high-level governance expertise, and contribute to the continued growth of the business across a broad UK client portfolio.
This position is ideal for a seasoned and commercially astute Company Secretarial professional with deep UK governance knowledge and strong leadership credentials. Based in London, the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the provision of UK entity management and corporate governance services to a diverse client base.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20–25 professionals.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients on governance-related matters.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
Experience & Qualifications
- CGI/ICSA qualification with significant experience in UK Company Secretarial roles.
- Demonstrated success in a senior leadership or managerial capacity.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience contributing to business development activities.
