Governance Manager
Salary: £36,600.80 pro rata – £45,751 ( FTE)
Hours: 28 – 35 hours per week
Location: Hybrid – CoSRH Office (London Bridge) and home working.
Who we are:
The College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH) is the leader in the field of sexual and reproductive healthcare, and we are the voice for professionals working in this area. As a multi-disciplinary professional membership organisation, we set clinical guidance and standards, provide training and lifelong education, and champion safe and effective sexual and reproductive healthcare across the life course for all.
Can you help us?
We are looking for someone who can strengthen and elevate governance across the CoSRH. In this pivotal role, you will ensure we meet our statutory responsibilities as a company and a registered charity while embedding best practice in governance throughout the organisation.
Working closely with the Chief Executive, President, Chair of the Board of Trustees, Finance and Operations Director and wider College leaders, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality, professional and compliant governance activities. Many of these areas are vital to the College’s reputation such as member elections and Annual General Meetings so your expertise and judgment will really matter.
A major focus of the role will be to lead a comprehensive governance review, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving forward enhancements to our governance frameworks and processes.
To succeed, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships across the College, including with Trustees, Council members and the Senior Leadership Team. If you can bring clarity, rigour and collaboration to complex governance challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
