Company Secretary – Insurance

I’m delighted to be working with an international insurance firm based in London that is looking to appoint a permanent Company Secretary to join its legal team.

This is a standalone company secretarial role, offering ownership of the company secretarial function. You’ll act as a trusted adviser to the Board and its committees, providing end to end governance support across two large entities and working closely with senior stakeholders within a highly respected organisation.

This opportunity would suit someone currently operating within an FCA regulated environment or prior FCA regulated experience, who is looking for a step up in responsibility and greater ownership of the company secretarial function.
