Your new role

Oversee strong governance across the Group’s subsidiary portfolio, acting as Company Secretary for designated entities and maintaining a clear, well‑communicated subsidiary governance framework

Provide strategic advice to senior leaders on governance, regulatory matters and company law

Lead subsidiary governance activities, including board meetings, drafting proposals and resolutions, minutes and managing statutory and regulatory filings

Manage the Group’s corporate structure, including incorporations, strike‑offs and liquidations

Support with the annual report process as well as other elements of plc governance reporting

Lead end‑to‑end coordination of the AGM process

Review Articles of Association and proposed changes to ensure suitability and alignment with governance standards

Manage and support a small team
What you’ll need to succeed

CGI qualification with strong post-qualification experience, ideally in a plc environment
- Significant experience managing and developing subsidiary governance frameworks

In-depth understanding of Company Secretarial relevant regulations and corporate governance

Previous experience with Blueprint/GEMS
- Strong stakeholder management experience with an ability to build relationships
- Driven, agile and solutions-oriented
