Company Secretary Manager

As the Company Secretary Manager, you will lead a small team while acting as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients. To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience managing a team and working with a diverse client base, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You will be responsible for managing filings through Diligent software and Companies House, overseeing staff reviews, supporting budget setting, and driving business development by securing new clients and assignments for the department. A strong understanding of Diligent is essential, along with confidence in minute-taking and proven leadership skills to guide and motivate your team effectively.
