Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Company Secretarial Assistant / Paralegal to join a collaborative Legal & Governance team within a dynamic, multi-entity group. This role provides high-quality legal and company secretarial support, helping ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and listed company obligations. You will play a key part in supporting governance processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with Board and Committee administration. Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal and company secretarial support, including document execution, contract register management, and legal administration
- Maintain statutory registers and manage filings, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Support corporate governance activities, including Board and AGM preparation and subsidiary governance
- Assist with share schemes, share dealing processes, and wider compliance-related activities (e.g. sanctions checks, IP records)
- Deliver general administrative support to the Legal & Governance function, including invoicing, insurance, reporting, and systems management
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience with company secretarial or legal systems (e.g. entity management or board portals)
- Previous experience in a legal or governance environment
- Familiarity with listed company requirements

- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Discreet and able to handle confidential information
