Deputy Company Secretary

To compliment this organisation is a wonderful Secretariat led by a highly experienced, dynamic individual who I have known for over 15 years. They are looking for a strong number 2 to help them steer the ship. The role will be to navigate the various boards and committees and deliver a first class service to them. As a senior member of this excellent team, you will be ready to step in when the Company Secretary is away or being asked to work on urgent matters with the CEO or Chair.
A key element in this role is to plan and anticipate the future requirements of the organisation and how the governance structure can be developed to help the organisation meet its needs. This would be an excellent role for a qualified Company Secretary looking to work for an inspirational number one.
