Company Secretary – Investment Trusts

Our client is an established, expanding independent company providing a range of professional services to listed investment trust companies. Due to continued business growth they are now looking for an additional, experienced Company Secretary to join their team.

As a senior member of the Company Secretarial team, you will provide expert advice and support to the Chairs and Boards of the portfolio of clients. The role will lead and be accountable for the delivery of best‑in‑class client service and relationship management for certain trusts, including owning the relationship with the Chairs and Boards.

This role would suit an experienced company secretary with financial services experience, skilled at presenting to Boards in a listed company environment. You should be able to work autonomously, be detail orientated and able to deliver robust statutory and regulatory compliance. A full job description is available on request.
