An established global investment management firm is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to support its governance and board operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule Board and Committee meetings, including calendars, agendas, papers, and logistics.
- Prepare, upload, and manage Board and Committee packs using Diligent.
- Support statutory compliance across group entities, including filings and maintenance of corporate records.
- Act as a central point of contact for corporate information requests, audits, and governance questionnaires.
- Attend and minute Board and Committee meetings and support wider governance activities.
Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Currently studying, or intending to study, towards the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and AI tools.
Personal Qualities and Behaviours
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to liaise with people of varying hierarchies.
- Work well individually and collaboratively
