Company Secretarial Assistant – Professional Services

Our client, a well-established professional services firm specialising in corporate, fiduciary, and compliance services for an international client base, is looking to hire a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their growing team. The role will see you providing corporate administration and compliance support and assisting with a wide range of company secretarial and administrative activities relating to existing corporate structures, new incorporations, and entity liquidations. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and company secretarial support for corporate structures, including incorporations, ongoing administration, and liquidations.
  • Manage and process KYC and compliance documentation, including conducting background checks and liaising with internal compliance and AML functions.
  • Prepare corporate documentation such as board minutes, resolutions, and client correspondence, while liaising with notaries, solicitors, banks, and other professional advisers.
  • Act as a first point of contact for client and internal queries, supporting meetings and assisting senior colleagues with day-to-day corporate administration tasks.
  • Support banking and legal-related activities, including bank account administration, payment preparation, CRS/FATCA updates, paralegal assistance, and trustee documentation support.

 Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree (preferably in Law or a related field).
  • A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (company secretarial, compliance, or corporate administration).

  • Professional approach and ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
