Role Description
We are looking for a part-time Company Secretary to join our fully remote team (initially up to 2 days per week). This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in company secretarial work for private limited companies and hands-on knowledge of UK Companies House filings, both electronic and paper-based.
You will work across several online systems, including our CRM, AML platform and Companies House filing system. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are essential to ensure all client communications and statutory filings are accurate and completed on time.
ProSec is a small, remote team that values productivity and trust over time tracking. You will initially report to the COO, with the opportunity to work increasingly independently as you settle into the role. As the company continues to grow, there is clear potential for the role to develop further.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of UK corporate law, company secretarial practices, and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing UK statutory requirements, including confirmation statements, annual accounts, and regulatory filings
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to maintain company registers and manage deadlines effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment
