We’ve been instructed by a well-respected professional services firm seeking an experienced Company Secretarial Administrator to join its Company Secretarial Department in North-West London. This role sits in a great team and is an excellent opportunity to support a varied client portfolio, delivering statutory compliance and transactional services while working closely with managers, partners across a range of other duties. The client is flexible on the individual, though ideally looking for candidates with UK experience they could be open to seeing candidates with international experience looking for their first UK role. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of company secretarial clients, ensuring statutory obligations are met and Companies House requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare and process a range of governance documentation, including incorporations, board minutes, shareholder resolutions and corporate changes.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records, ensuring information remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate compliance activities, including statutory filings, certificates of good standing and legalisation services where required.
- Build strong relationships with clients, responding to day-to-day queries and supporting governance projects as they arise.
- Work closely with managers to identify potential risks, monitor progress across assignments and maintain accurate internal records.
- Contribute to the wider success of the team through ongoing professional development and knowledge sharing.
What We’re Looking For
- CGI (formerly ICSA) qualified or working towards the qualification.
- Previous company secretarial experience within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- High levels of accuracy, sound judgement and strong problem-solving ability.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with IRIS, CCH or similar company secretarial software would be beneficial.
